Vos missions

  • Qualified applicants must have an outstanding track record of fundamental research in animal ecology, using quantitative, state-of-the-art approaches with a strong field component. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, biotic interactions, community ecology, conservation biology, ecological modelling, and eco-evolutionary feedback loops. The successful candidate will develop an internationally recognized, competitive research program sustained by external funding.

Profil souhaité

  • Teaching experience at university level is expected. The candidate will teach at the Bachelor level and contribute to the Master program “Environmental Biology”

  • Knowledge of the second language (oral level B1) is expected. If this requirement is not met, the candidate must acquire it within two years of taking up the position
